Assistant Lawn & Tree Care Technician

We are looking for like-minded, highly motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as SPRAY TECH DUELERS with possibility to transition to spray technician.
Requirements:
-
Must be at least 18 years of age to be a dueler (21 to spray tech on your own)
-
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
-
Must be able to work long hours and some Saturdays
-
Must be able to work in all Weather Conditions
-
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs on a regular basis
-
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, twist and pull for extended periods of time
-
Must possess Great Customer Service Skills

Must Follow and Adhere to Companies Values and Standards
Responsibilities:
-
Assist spray technicians with scheduled services
-
Take direction from spray technicians
-
Provide Great Customer Service

Meet and Exceed Customer Expectations

Accurately Complete required paperwork
-
General Maintenance and Cleaning of vehicles and equipment

Living Water Spray Technicians maintain customers' properties with excellence, professionalism and care. Living Water technicians are trained and licensed in areas of fertilizer and weed control, insect, disease and pest control for landscapes and homes. Experience is not necessary, only a driver's license with a clean driving record, at least 21 years of age and a willingness to work hard.

How We Help People We Serve
Ruth and Jim: We love or home. Been here for over 47 years. Second home we owned. All 3 of our kids grew up here. We especially love our yard and our flower gardens. “Ruth has always loved beautiful flowers. Roses are her favorite” Jim says. We have Living Water take care of our lawn and some of our shrub beds as we just can’t do it anymore. It’s too much. But we cannot imagine ever leaving our home. They help us stay here.
Misty and Mark: Mark works long hours. He has an important job. I have my hands full with three kids. One in junior high and 2 in elementary school. When Mark is home, I want him spending time with our kids instead of doing a lot of yard work. It’s nice that Living Water can take care of so much outside work that it frees us to do more family things.
Maye: Oh I meet my Living Water young man every time he comes. So friendly. And he spends a few minutes asking about me and how I am doing. Nice to see a friendly face.
Stephen: I just hate yard work. I would love to live in a condo. But the wife won’t move. So Living Water is our compromise. They do the work. The wife is happy and I don’t have to do it. She is a little mad that I play so much golf though.
